Warranty Terms & Conditions

All our products are backed by our warranty service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining highest product quality. But despite our best effort to make the best products there might be some minor imperfections on our products as each of our products are handmade. Despite this, we provide a lifetime guarantee on the blade material of the khukuris, knives, swords & machetes our skilled craftsmen use to make our products. However, this guarantee and/or warranty policy does not cover the following:

1. The wood & other materials used to make the handle for the khukuri, knife, sword, machete etc.
2. Small utility knives like Karda, Chakhmakh or any other extra utility knives (EUK) that are provided along with the primary khukuri, knife, sword etc.
3. Sheath, scabbard or holster used to store & carry khukuris, knives, swords, machetes etc.
4. Stand used to hold & display khukuris, knives, swords, machetes etc.

Also this warranty and/or guarantee policy does provide protection or insurance against misuse of any of our products for use-cases other than their intended purpose(s).
