BKH is established in 2008 by its owner Mr. Purna Bahadur Bishwakarma. Bhojpure Khukuri Handicraft is registered at Small & Cottage Industry Office, Bhaktapur under Small & Cottage Industry Department under the Ministry of Industry, Nepal with registration no. 3474/065/66.

For more than 15 years, we’ve been engaged in the business of blade forging and knife crafting. All of our kukris are meticulously handcrafted under the guidance of Mr Purna B. Bishwokarma by skilled local blacksmiths, drawing upon traditional knowledge passed down through generations. Our bladesmiths possess an intimate understanding of every aspect of the forging process, from selecting materials to determining weight. We use high carbon steel, renowned for its durability which is ideal for kukris and various other knives.
