Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to consistently deliver on time and provide our customers with the exact product they expect. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, our terms and conditions ensure a seamless refund process. Please note that once fulfillment begins canceling orders is not possible, and cancelling before fulfillment incurs a 10% fee, with the remainder promptly refunded. Review refund terms before placing an order or contacting us for a refund.

Order Cancellation Terms:

  1. Order can’t be canceled once the fulfillment process has started.
  2. In case you want to cancel your order before the fulfillment process has started then 10% order cancellation charge will be applied and the remaining amount you paid will be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible after you place your order if you want to cancel it before the fulfillment process starts.

Terms for Refund:

Please read the following terms for refund before you place your order or before you get in touch with us asking for a refund:

  1. In case a different item to the one you order is shipped & delivered to you then the full amount you paid will be refunded.
  2. In case the item that has been delivered to you has a manufacturing defect that went unnoticed by our quality-control team then only a partial refund will be made. You need to provide us with a photo(s) and/or video proof of the defect in the item received. Our inspection team will then check those photos and/or videos you provided. Once our team checks those & is satisfied that those defect(s) are indeed manufacturing related then a partial amount will be refunded looking at the defect(s). The amount that will be refunded will be determined by the inspection team.
  3. No amount will be refunded if the item suffers damage due to careless handling during shipping & delivery.
  4. No amount will be refunded if the item gets damaged due to improper handling or improper storage.
  5. No amount will be refunded if the item gets damaged while using it for the purpose other than what it was supposed to be used for.
  6. Since all our items are handmade, slight imperfections should be expected in fit & finish of the item. And no amount will be refunded for issues relating to color, cosmetics, fit or finish of the item. But you can still send us pictures about these imperfections to our email address so that we can try to overcome these imperfections & improve our products in the future
  7. No amount will be refunded once we ship the item(s) on your order and it fails to be delivered.
  8. In case we are not able to ship the item(s) on your order due to it being out of stock or any other reason then the full amount of your order will be refunded.
